Bulls draft pick already in trade talks
The NBA Draft was the talk of the town Thursday evening and the Bulls seem to have a game plan. The Bulls have selected Kevin Seraphin with the 17th overall pick and they are planning to trade their draft rights to him already.
Where will they send their new draft pick? The team can't share that information at the moment or share who they plan to trade him for. The Bulls can't even complete this trade until the moratorium period ends on July 8th.
