Bullet Strikes Baby On Chicago's West Side
(CBS) – An infant was struck by a bullet Friday evening in Chicago's Austin neighborhood on the West Side.
The incident occurred in the 5400 block of West Le Moyne. A one-year-old riding in a vehicle was shot in the head when a gunman fired from another car, authorities said.
At least one of the bullets hit the girl, who was rushed to Stroger Hospital in stable condition.
Police don't have any suspects. No further information was available.
