Blackhawks Sign Defenseman Nolan Valleau
(CBS) The Blackhawks have signed defenseman Nolan Valleau to a two-year contract, they announced Tuesday.
The 22-year-old Valleau joins Chicago after a freshman season at Bowling Green in which he recorded 19 points in 39 regular-season games. He was named to the 2014-'15 Western Collegiate Hockey Association all-rookie team.
Valleau has also played in the United States Hockey League and North American Hockey League.
