Blackhawks Acquire Mashinter From Rangers
(CBS) The Blackhawks have acquired forward Brandon Mashinter from the Rangers in exchange for forward Kyle Beach.
Mashinter will report directly to the AHL's Rockford IceHogs.
The 25-year-old Mashinter appeared in six games with the Rangers this season and recorded 27 penalty minutes in 23 career NHL games.
