Bears LB Pernell McPhee Misses Practice With Wrist, Knee Injuries
(CBS) Bears starting outside linebacker Pernell McPhee didn't practice Thursday as he deals with a wrist and knee injury, coach John Fox said.
McPhee's status for Sunday's home game against the Cardinals isn't clear, but entirely missing practice is a step back for him. On Wednesday, McPhee was a limited participant, with only a wrist injury noted. He had six tackles in Chicago's season-opening loss to Green Bay.
In other injury news, defensive lineman Ego Ferguson (knee) was a limited participant, while linebacker Sam Acho (illness) and defensive back Sherrick McManis (thigh) practiced without restrictions. That's a positive sign for Acho and McManis, as they'd been limited participants Wednesday.
Linebacker Jon Bostic (ankle) and cornerback Tracy Porter (hamstring) didn't practice Thursday.
