12-Year-Old Boy Shot In Roseland
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 12-year-old boy was shot in Roseland Saturday afternoon, Chicago police confirm.
The boy was in the 100 block of West 111th Place around 4:35 p.m. when he was shot in the right side of his back above the hip.
He was taken to Comer Children's Hospital in serious condition.
It's not clear who shot the boy.
The incident is currently being investigated by Area South Detectives.
No one is in custody.
