A Hartford, Connecticut police officer is the subject of an internal investigation over a political sticker displayed in the window of his patrol vehicle. The sticker reads "Trump: Make America Great Again." A photo of the sticker inside the patrol car caused controversy after it was posted on Facebook over the weekend. On Sunday night, the Hartford Police Department apologized saying, "We are embarrassed and sorry for this lack of professionalism and judgment. The officer was counseled on the critical importance of remaining neutral and impartial. We also reminded all HPD officers to remain politically neutral."
What do you think about the police department's response? Should the officer be punished?
