The Johns Hopkins University Cummings Scholars Program provides a free education to Baltimore City graduates
The Cummings Scholars Program helps Baltimore public school students who get accepted to Johns Hopkins attend for free. The program was created in 2005 but was expanded in 2022 to include Washington youth and renamed “Cummings Scholars” in honor of the late Congressman Elijah E. Cummings.
