The 2nd annual Pookie Trot 5K Walk and Run returns to Reservoir High School October 24
The memorial walk will be held in Howard County in honor of Amy “Pooks” Armstrong who died in 2024. Amy's three siblings Robert, Megan and Michelle join us in studio to tell us how they are honoring her through this community event.
