Tapp-Harper's lawsuit against Sheriff Cogen still playing out in court
Sabrina Tapp-Harper successfully defeated incumbent Baltimore City Sheriff Sam Cogen, but her lawsuit against him is still moving forward. CBS News Baltimore's Mike Hellgren reports.
