The Baltimore Ravens and New York Giants both are dealing with some problems on offense, but only one made a major move to shake things up this week. The Ravens' offense will be under the direction of a new coordinator as Marty Mornhinweg takes over when Baltimore visits the Giants on Sunday.
"I think there will be a few tweaks here and there," Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco added. "I don't really want to get into too much specifics, but Marty brings a definite energy and a lot of confidence."

"Marty is an exciting guy," said Flacco, who has thrown for 1,282 yards with five touchdowns and four interceptions. "He brings a lot of confidence to the room. He's very sure of what he's doing and what we're doing. It gets everyone going. I think it gives everybody a good outlook on the game plan."
