Westminster Daycare Operator Arrested On Child Abuse Charges
WESTMINSTER, Md. (WJZ)--Police in Mount Airy are looking for victims after a daycare operator is arrested, charged with child abuse.
73-year old Leo Ellis Parker is accused of abusing two girls in his care, one 4 and one 6.
He and his wife own and operate 'Parker Daycare' in Westminster.
It has been in operation for 40 years and police are now asking the public for help in finding any other victims.
