We're gonna lose downtown

If you live downtown or have been there recently on a weekend night you've probably seen the large groups of kids riding dirt bikes, popping wheelies etc on Lombard ,on Pratt,  in Fells Point ...all over our tourist areas. The are illegal to begin with and the fact these gangs are speeding throughout downtown, not wearing helmets and riding on the sidewalks just makes it that much worse. They are intimidating people in our important tourist areas which could easily cause a huge economic hit if it continues.

I don't care what action is taken I just want to see some effort made  to stop this. If we don't do something soon someone will be injured or killed in our Inner Harbor which will be a terrible national story.  If that doesn't happen the fact they are driving people away from downtown is reason enough to take action.Check out the video and see what I'm talking about and why I'm so concerned.
