WEATHER BLOG: Timeline For Snow Storm
Hi Everyone,
Ya want a next snow event time line you get a next snow event time line;
*2 AM rain turns to sleet then snow.
*By dawn 3" already on the ground
*The heaviest snow will be from 3 AM-11 AM, but snow will last all day.
*By Noon you will be ready to kill that person, you know, who just loves the cozy feel, and the stay home and cook aspect, of snow
*By 3 PM you will be trying to enter that persons home with a battering ram.
*By 4 you will have unfriended everyone on social media that claims to like this stuff, or is in Florida.
*By 5 PM we will easily have 4-8" on the ground with some folks seeing 10" of snow.
*By nightfall It's over. Skies clear and cold temps filter in.
But now the good news. There are real indications that as we are now 17 day's from Spring our weather life may be changing. Look the Sun is getting high in the sky. Weather patterns North of the equator are beginning to slowly shift, and indeed we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Sat-37, Sun-42, Mon-46. AND indications are just as, or slightly milder, into mid week next week.
Inotherwords junk like we are having to deal with will soon become more the exception than the rule. We can only hope. (Of course last week we were saying milder and wet. well we certainly got the wet pattern for this week right. Maybe all the pieces will now come together.)
