Video: The Unfortunate Mister Crawford

Unless you've been under a rock, you've undoubtedly seen the unfortunate incident involving Tampa Bay's Carl Crawford tuesday night at Camden Yards..
Jake Arrieta threw over to first and nailed him. I mean, NAILED him. In the last possible place you'd want to be hit.
That's right. There.

The ball didn't even hit the glove first.
On MASN, Gary Thorne and Jim Palmer then had to maintain whatever decorum that remained.
Especially the slo-mo replay that showed it unfettered, in HD, right there in your family room. BAM!
Thorne helpfully offered that as an outfielder, it was unlikely Crawford was wearing a cup.
Palmer replied that if an outfielder wore one,  that would mean he had the worst hands in the world.

It is possible to laugh after something like that.
