UFC Fighter Drinks His Own Urine

In March, UFC fighter Lyoto Machida revealed that he and his father both drink their own urine every morning. And yesterday, Ltoyo's dad proved it.

During an interview in Montreal, Lyoto's father, Yoshizo, said that drinking your own urine helps clean out your system. Then he offered to do it on camera. He grabbed a plastic cup, walked in the corner and filled it up about half way, then he drank the whole thing. He even spilled a little on his chin, which grossed out the guy who was interviewing him. Here's the audio. (--You can see the video and read more about it HERE.)
