Silver Alert Canceled For Missing 82-Year-Old Ellicott City Man
ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (WJZ) -- Howard County police have canceled a Silver Alert for a missing 82-year-old man from Ellicott City.
Officials said Thomas James Isles, 82, was located safe and unharmed in a neighboring jurisdiction.
