Serious Accident Shuts Down All Lanes On I-95 Near Md. Rest Stop
HARFORD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)--A strip of I-95 turned into a parking lot this evening in Harford County.

North and southbound lanes were closed to traffic just near Maryland House.
Traffic was at a standstill, some cars were stopped for so long that the drivers got out of their vehicles.
Once the helicopter was back in the air, the lanes were reopened.
No word yet on what caused the medical emergency.
