Senate Rejects Plan To Repeal Obamacare, Then Replace Later
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Senate rejects Republican plan to repeal Obama health law and leave replacement for later.
The plan would have given Congress two years to come up with a replacement, but it didn't pass through the Senate.
Seven Republicans joined Democrats in a 55-45 vote.
