Ravens TE Heap Sidelined With Hamstring Injury

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Ravens tight end Todd Heap hurt his hamstring in the first quarter of Sunday night's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and was ruled out for the remainder of the contest.

Heap was targeted on Baltimore's first offensive play. He did not have a catch, but his value to the Ravens was particularly important because he was expected to spend time as a blocker in place of starting fullback Le'Ron McClain, who was out with a sprained left ankle.

Heap entered the game with 37 catches for 546 yards and five touchdowns.
