Ravens take on the... ummm Pats

Well it's no secret I'm born and raised in Boston - so this week's game against the Ravens and the Patriots puts me in a little bit of a dilemma. I have been a Pats fan my entire life... and that's ok (and professionally allowed) because throughout my career I have only covered baseball. No conflict of interest. But now, things are a little sketchy. My Patriots (as we say back home) will take on our beloved Baltimore Ravens this Sunday... and I have to admit, I objectively don't really care who wins.

As a Ravens reporter, I should not root for the Ravens. As an NFL reporter, I should not root for anyone.I've gotten all your tweets and emails asking me who I am picking this weekend and here is my answer:

I have decided --  I am rooting for a good game between these two elite teams, I hope there are no serious injuries to report on Monday morning and I hope the Ravens and the Pats will square off in the playoffs because there is nothing better than a drama-filled game between two great and well-respected organizations.

Go Patravens! Haha.

Prediction: Ravens 27, Patriots 17
