Ravens Agree To Deal With C Gurode
OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) -- The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to a one-year deal with former Dallas Cowboys Pro Bowl center Andre Gurode.
The deal was announced Sunday and will become official when he passes a physical.
Gurode was signed to provide depth behind six-time Pro Bowl center Matt Birk, who had surgery on his left knee at the beginning of training camp.
Gurode was cut by the Cowboys last week.
He visited the Seattle Seahawks, Detroit Lions and the New England Patriots before agreeing to terms with the Ravens.
