BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Anne Arundel County police have arrested a man who allegedly shot a man in Glen Burnie Thursday night.

Around 10 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of Secluded Post Circle where they located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

Police located and arrested Tyrone Darrell Mann, 31, of Pasadena, a short distance from the scene.

Detectives say Mann targeted the victim.

The victim was taken to Shock Trauma where he is listed in stable condition.

Mann was charged with first- and second-degree attempted murder, illegal possession of a firearm, reckless endangerment and other charges.
