Police Arrest 3 For Suspicious Activity In Pentagon Parking Lot
ARLINGTON, Va. (WJZ) -- Arlington County police arrested three men in the Pentagon's South parking lot for suspicious activity after being found passed out in a car Sunday morning.
WUSA9 reports that the Pentagon station was temporarily closed and a bomb squad was called to the scene after wires were found hanging from under the vehicle.
Pentagon Police said that the men, who were intoxicated at the time, initially refused to exit the vehicle when asked and later tried to flee the scene.
According to a statement from the Pentagon Force Protection Agency, the vehicle didn't have any hazardous or dangerous materials, but the situation is still being investigated.
