Teenager Fatally Struck In N.W. Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A teenager is fatally struck by a tractor trailer in Northwest Baltimore.
It happened around 2:25 p.m. Monday in the 4300 block of E. Wabash Avenue.
Police say a 19-year-old was run over by the rear wheels of a dry cement carrier. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The truck driver remained at the scene and is being questioned.
Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
