Orioles news/notes

Incase you didn't hear my update on The Scott Garceau Show -- here are some Orioles updates for you.

- Dave Trembley will need a fifth starter on Saturday so a roster move will need to be made. It won't be Chris Tillman since he pitched a no-hitter yesterday for Norfolk. Chances are Brad Bergesen will return to the club.

- Koji Uehara will pitch out of the bullpen on Saturday and could make another appearance on Monday before returning to the Big League club. According to Trembley and pitching coaoch Rick Kranitz, even though Koji threw a very good bullpen of 13 pitches, they'd both like Koji to face a more competitive team before being added to O's roster.

- Brian Roberts underwent an endoscopy yesterday and still has not resumed baseball activities. Dave Trembley spoke with his injured second baseman yesterday ... BRob has stopped taking medication because it was giving him stomach problems. Trembley compared it to taking seven advil and washing it down with a Diet Pepsi.

- Trembley also spoke with Jeremy Guthrie about his loss against the Yankees Wednesday night and told the starter he should not feel responsible for the loss. Trembley also said Guthrie is a guy who tries to be perfect and expects a lot out of himself so he was not surprised Guthrie expressed such emotion.

That's it for now... Matusz is pitching well once again against New York but a sac fly from Alex Rodriguez and a solo home run from Robinson Cano has the Yankees up, 2-0.
