On The Ravens Case:Notes from the castle

1:58 - The Ravens have wrapped up their final practice of the week. Here are a few notes from Coach Harbaugh's media session:

- Fabian Washington is fine, according to Coach Harbaugh. Washington "tweaked" something yesterday but was fine today.

- Coach Harbaugh had no update as to why Jason Phillips was not at practice this morning.

- As it pertains to the Jared Gaither injury situation, Coach Harbaugh said the entire situation is " frustrating for everyone."

-The Ravens received some criticism for not wearing pink last week. According to Coach Harbaugh the decision was made to wear pink on Sunday vs Broncos. The decision was made so that all the players can wear pink shoes for the game. The Ravens feel like they will make a strong statement instead of piece mailing it one week to the next with guys that are selected to wear them.

- When asked about a "trap game" Coach Harbaugh said the only trap he knows is when you pull a guard and hit a tackle and run it straight up the middle. The Ravens are not overlooking the Broncos at all.

- There is a poster of Ray Lewis riding the Raven from the Old Spice commercial taped up next to his locker at the Ravens facility.

-Art Modell was at the Ravens facility this afternoon and had a long conversation with Coach Harbaugh before he spoke with the media. Soon after Mr. Modell entertained the media with one of his stories.

12:32 - Broncos Head Coach Josh McDaniels has announced that RB Knowshon Moreno and FB Spencer Larsen are out for Sunday's game against the Ravens. Moreno has been out since week 3 with a hamstring injury. Moreno had practiced on Wednesday, but was unable to practice yesterday.

Larsen will miss his second straight week due to an ankle injury. Larsen has not been able to practice all week.

The Ravens returned to the practice field this morning for their final practice before their game Sunday vs Broncos. Fabian Washington who was out yesterday with an illness was back this afternoon, while LB Jason Phillips was not present during the media portion of practice.

Coach Harbaugh will meet with the media at 1p.m., and I will have updates after media session this afternoon.
