Northbound I-83 Re-Opened At Falls Road Exit After Multi-Vehicle Accident
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The northbound side of I-83 is re-opened after a multi-vehicle accident occurred near the Northern Parkway exit.
Police say that the road closure started at the northbound Falls Road exit.
