Motorcyclist Killed In Collision With Car
CLINTON, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County Police say a motorcyclist was killed when his cycle collided with a car in Clinton.
It happened about 8:15 p.m. Sunday on Old Branch Avenue. Officers say 24-year-old Rashawn Briggs Jr. of Temple Hills was traveling north when a southbound car tried to make a left turn into a parking lot.
Police say the two vehicles collided, and Briggs was thrown from his motorcycle. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
The collision is under investigation.
