Missing 11-Year-Old Girl Found Safe
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- UPDATE: Police say 11-year-old Kayla Payne has been found safe.

Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing 11-year-old girl.
Kayla Payne hasn't been seen since Saturday at 1 p.m., when she left her home in the 4400 block of Manorview Rd.
She was last seen wearing a black trench coat, blue jeans, and tan boots.
Anyone with information on Payne's whereabouts is asked to call detectives at (443) 984-7385 or dial 911.
