Metro Offers Bike-And-Ride Option In College Park
COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) -- The Metro transit system is offering a bike-and-rail option at its College Park station.
A grand opening ceremony is planned for 10 a.m. Tuesday at the College Park Metrorail station.
The parking facility will offer spaces for more than 100 bicycles, and Metro says it's a first-of-its-kind opportunity.
The mayors of College Park and Greenbelt are due to attend, as is a Metro deputy manager.
