Man Charged With 2003 Sex Offenses
ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Montgomery County Police have charged a Germantown man with five counts of third-degree sexual offense for allegedly inappropriately touching a youth in 2003.
Michel Rosenzweig, 52, was released on $30,000 bond Tuesday.
Police say last month the youth, now 18, reported the alleged abuse that occurred at a community swimming pool.
