Md.-Eastern Shore Beats Washington College 102-86
PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) -- Hillary Haley scored 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds and Dishawn Bradshaw added 21 points to lead Maryland-Eastern Shore over Washington College 102-86 on Tuesday.
Haley scored 15 and had all of his rebounds in the first half as the Hawks (3-8) shot 61.3 percent (19 of 31) in the opening 20 minutes and led 59-31 at halftime.
Maryland-Eastern Shore scored 46 points in the paint and 35 points off 26 turnovers, as it snapped a four-game losing skid.
Tyler Hines added 14 points, Mark Robertson 13 and Kevin White 11 for the Hawks.
Maryland-Eastern Shore, which led by as many as 29, reached the 100-point mark for the first time since beating Albany (N.Y.) 102-96 in three overtimes in 2000-01. Robert Tucker's jump shot with 26 seconds left put the Hawks up 102-84 against the Shoremen (4-7).
Washington College was led by Kevin Breslin with 28 points.
