Man Sentenced To 20 Years For Producing Child Porn
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Federal prosecutors say a Hagerstown man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for sexually abusing a child to produce child pornography.
Robert Paul Hade, 53, was also ordered at Monday's sentencing to register as a sex offender.
According to Hade's plea agreement, a child told authorities that Hade had abused her from the time she was eight years old until she was 10. A search warrant executed last year on Hade's home led to the recovery of pictures and a video documenting the sexual abuse of the child.
