Man Charged In Unprovoked Attack On 2 Others
NEW MARKET, Md. (AP) -- A man has been charged with assault after allegedly punching two men in an apparently unprovoked attack.
The News-Post of Frederick says charging documents show Scott Wesley Kent, 25, of Union Bridge has been charged with first- and second-degree assault in the incident Sunday. He was released on $35,000 bail.
According to the documents, two men were at a table at the Blue Sky Bar and Grill in New Market. The documents say Kent was at the bar when he turned and punch one man in the face, then punched the other man twice and pulled him to the ground.
Both men were taken to a Hagerstown hospital.
