Jackknifed Tractor Trailer Causing Backups On Southbound I-95

HARFORD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- A jackknifed tractor trailer is causing backups on southbound Interstate 95.

The rig went off the road and into the woods, just north of the Harford County line.

Crews are currently on the scene. Traffic is only getting by in two lanes.

Backups extend all the way into Cecil County.
