I'm So Happy It's Over
I know there a lot of people out there that love soccer, but I'm glad its over. I tried to get into the World Cup and I know the rest of the world is excited about it. As hard as I tried, I just couldnt get into it. I watched all of the United States matches, and I get incredibly excited when Landon Donovan put the ball in the back of the net in extra time vs Algeria. The reality is that this wasnt very exciting. I was more excited for patriotic reasons than sports reasons. I know people say its the world's sport, well as I always say they can keep it.
