Hundreds Of Runners Mark 9/11 Anniv. In Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ)--Hundreds of runners mark the 14th anniversary of the September 11 attacks in Baltimore.
In addition to the 13th annual 5k race, a new 11k race was added.
Both races began at 8:46 a.m.the time the first of two passenger jets struck the World Trade Center towers in New York.
The races began at the 9-11 Memorial at Baltimore's World Trade Center and finished in Federal Hill park.
Today's races helped raise money to assists families of first responders killed in the line of duty.
