He mentions that transitioning from Super Bowl Champions to a regular team might not be as tough as it seems because he is always looking forward with the team. This could be due to many different players having something to prove from not performing as well as they wanted during last season.
He talks about the off season roster turnover the Ravens have undergone, saying that this might be a new way of looking to repeat as Super Bowl Champions, something that has not been done since the New England Patriots back in 2003 and 2004.
