Harford County Sheriff's Office Charges Edgewood Man For Triple Shooting
EDGEWOOD, Md. (WJZ)-- The Harford County Sheriff's Office has charged an Edgewood man with attempted second-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and using a firearm to commit a felony for a triple shooting that happened on Tuesday.
Deputies arrested Jamar Jefferson, 28, on Wednesday.
The sheriff's office said Jefferson and one of the victims, Derek Burgess, had a long-standing dispute. Burgess, 43, is in critical but stable condition at Johns Hopkins Bayview.
Martin T. Bradley, 25, and William L. Coles, 37, were also injured in the shooting. They have been treated and released from the hospital.
Jefferson is being held without bail at the Harford County Detention Center.
