Hagerstown Celebrates Inaugural Bike Week
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Bikers have taken over Hagerstown for the city's inaugural Bike Week celebration.
Bike Week organizer Jennifer Miller says she hopes the festivities will draw about 8,000 people before the celebration ends Sunday.
Miller, one of the owners of Cancun Cantina, says the idea for a bike week in the city grew out of the approximately five bike shows Cancun Cantina hosts a year.
Downtown businesses were busy Friday night as a result of the riders.
