While Martin Kaymer won the PGA Championship on Sunday, it was the ruling just after regulation play that continues to be the talk of the sports world. Kaymer won by a stroke at even par in the three-hole play-off, but Dustin Johnson was kept out of the play-off when he was hit with a two-stroke penalty for grounding his club in a bunker on the 18th hole.
