Frederick Man Dies In Hanover Construction Accident

HANOVER, Md. (WJZ)— A Frederick man dies in an industrial accident at a construction site in Hanover.

It happened in the 1400-block of Dorsey Road on Tuesday.

Preliminary investigation revealed that Ismael Celestino Lopez-Rojas, 32, climbed onto the roof of the three-story condo to secure a safety-anchor, when he apparently lost his footing, and fell off of the roof.

Paramedics declared him dead at the scene.

There were no signs of foul play.
