Fight At North Point Flea Market Was Gang Related

DUNDALK, Md. (WJZ) – A man is recovering after being hit with a hammer on Sunday at North Point Flea Market. Now Baltimore County Police confirm that the altercation was gang related.

The two gangs have been identified as the Demon Souls Motorcycle Club and Titan Motorcycle Club.

Police have arrested and charged Brandon Shane Quinet, 20, of Halethorpe, and Allen Warren Lull Jr., 26, of Dundalk, with first-degree assault and second-degree assault.

The 52-year-old victim, who is from the Dundalk area, is a member of the Demon Souls Club. Quinet and Lull are members of the Titan Motorcycle Club.

Lull was also charged with possession of a dangerous weapon with intent to injure.

Quinet was also charged with the possession of a dangerous concealed weapon.

Both suspects were released on $125,000 bail.

The investigation is ongoing.
