New twist on the current Michael Vick saga, as reports state he left his party four minutes prior to the shooting. Upon leaving the party he was heading in the direction of the shooting. The man that was shot was... "Quanis Phillips, a co-defendant in the dogfighting case that sent Vick to federal prison". Lets reserve judgment and allow the proper process to take place here...however, when Michael Vick was reinstated to the NFl - "NFL commissioner Goodell told Vick when he reinstated him that his margin for error was "extremely limited'' . What does "extremely limited" mean?
