Dog Attacks Woman At Waverly Farmers' Market
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A dog attacks a woman outside a popular farmers' market.
According to WJZ's media partner, the Baltimore Sun, the owner tied his Rottweiler to a parking meter outside the Waverly Farmers' Market.
The dog got loose and attacked a woman. She reportedly has bites on her legs and arm.
