COME ON!!!!

Is there a luckier man on the planet than Lane Kiffin?  If so please let me know.  The guy gets pushed out as head coach of the Oakland Raiders (what he did to get that job in the first place, I'll never know).  Still he's able to get the head coaching job at Tennessee.  A premiere football program in the SEC.  After one 7-6 season he leaves the Volunteers to take the job at USC whic was vacated by the departure of Pete Carroll, who left to take the Seattle Seahawks job.  Somehow, Kiffin has managed to get one of the top coaching jobs in football.  Crazier still he's being paid like it.  According to a report on HBO's "Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel," Kiffin will make $4 million a year to coach the Trojans.  That puts him on par with the likes of Bob Stoops at Oklahoma and Nick Saban at Alabama.  He will make more than Ohio State's Jim Tressel.  Those guys have all won national titles.  Kiffin's won 12 football games in over two seasons.  To quote my dear friend Ed Norris, COME ON!!!!!
