Child Falls From Window In Montgomery County
ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Montgomery County officials say a young girl has been critically injured after falling from a window and onto a deck in Rockville.
Fire department spokesman Capt. Oscar Garcia says the girl, who is about 2, fell about 10 feet from a home in the 1000- block of Grand Oak Way about 3:20 p.m. Wednesday. Garcia says the girl was unconscious when emergency responders arrived.
He says the girl was taken to a hospital with injuries that are considered life threatening.
