Caught With His Pants Down: Md. Man Arrested In N.J. For Indecent Exposure
NEWARK, N.J. (WJZ) -- A Maryland man is arrested in New Jersey, charged with indecent exposure.
Police caught the man with his pants down in Newark.
Two women claim the 42-year-old suspect pulled his vehicle off to side of the road, and started masturbating as they walked by. They were able to write down his license plate number before the man took off.
Police later caught the suspect in his car with a towel over his genitals.
Michael Shull now faces a number of charges, including two counts of indecent exposure. He is out on bond.
