BPD Investigating East Baltimore Shooting
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Officers were called to the 2000 block of Cecil Avenue for a report of a shooting at around 12:19 p.m. Friday.
When officers arrived, they found a 25-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his hand.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
